    • Change-of-mind returns: customer covers return shipping costs.
    • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Aurelia Co. will cover return shipping costs.
    • Earrings and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
